Ayesha Yacubic

Math Strategist, Geometry

I am excited to be a Jaguar as a mathematics teacher and strategist! I earned my Associate’s Degree in Mathematics from College of the Canyons, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from CSU Northridge, Master’s Degree in Education from Claremont Graduate University, and Reading Specialist License from UNLV. What can I say...I like learning! I have been teaching mathematics for over 6 years, but my math journey started a long time before that. Working in the Los Angeles museum industry for over 10 years, I saw firsthand how mathematics was used in business operations and project management. I decided to make a career change to teaching mathematics and have not turned back.

Molly Little

School Nurse

I am proud to say that I was a CCSD student and graduate of (the original) Las Vegas High School. At LVHS I had a great anatomy and physiology teacher that introduced me to my passion for health care. I received my bachelor of science degree in nursing from UNLV in 1990. After college, I went to work as an RN at Sunrise Hospital for four years in general pediatrics and pediatric intensive care unit. In 1994, I began to work as an RN for CCSD. In 2005 I earned a masters of art in Teaching from Grand Canyon University. 2016-2017 will be my 23rd year as a Registered Nurse with CCSD!

Kim Bishop

Technology/Media Specialist

Hello! I am Ms. Bishop, your new Technology/STEM Specialist. This will be my 21st year with CCSD. I have a Bachelor’s degree in K-8 Education and 7-12 Grade Computer Science. I completed my Master’s degree in Technology Integration and later completed an Associates degree in Network Administration. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my three daughters. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, I spent 4 years in Hawaii as a technology specialist in an elementary school. Born and raised in North Dakota, I can definitely say that I prefer the Vegas sun over the North Dakota snow! I am looking forward to a wonderful year!
