Due to a limited number of staff available to retrieve student belongings from campus and the continuing health concerns, we are asking that IF you would like to pick up your child's belongings during the summer (A specific date and time will be assigned to you on either 6/15 or 6/16. Please note that times are extremely limited.), please fill out this form. If you are unable to make your scheduled time, or if you don't mind waiting until the fall, student belongings will be kept in the building until students return to campus and can retrieve their items. Yearbooks will also be distributed either at the scheduled time you arrive to pick up belongings, or they will be distributed to your child in the fall.
Please note that if you have two or more children in attendance at BMS, you will need to fill this out for each student.
Parents of 8th graders, we are requesting that you sign up for the summer pickup and that any instruments your child has be returned on the date of your pick up. For our outgoing 8th graders, while we would like to prioritize you during the 2 days of item distribution, if you are unable to make these dates, other arrangements can be made before school starts in the fall, and more information will come later this summer. Please note that if you sign up, you will be receiving information via email and telephone notifying you of your assigned day and pick up time.
Again, we are working with limited staff, so we will do our best to serve as many families as possible. If you don't mind waiting until the fall, we will have your child's belongings ready for pick up then as well.
Please complete the survey and include as much detail as possible when describing student items.

Daily Instructional Guide
As school closures continue through the end of the school year, this guide provides a structure for students and families for learning through distance education. In addition to instruction facilitated by the student’s teacher, Extended Learning Activities are essential to provide students further learning opportunities to promote their mastery of grade-level standards. Furthermore, Wellness Activities promote students’ wellbeing during school closures.
